See if a given signal is in a given set
Synopsis:

int sigismember( const sigset_t *set,
int signo );
Arguments:
- set
- A pointer to the sigset_t object that you want to check.
- signo
- The signal that you want to check for membership in the set.

to link against this library.
This library is usually included automatically.
Description:
The sigismember() function tests if signo is in the
set pointed to by set.
Returns:
- 1
- The signo is in the set.
- 0
- The signo isn't in the set.
- -1
- An error occurred
(errno is set).
Errors:
- EINVAL
- The signal signo isn't valid.
