Count the segments in an IPv6 routing header
Synopsis:

int inet6_rthdr_segments(const struct cmsghdr *cmsg);
Arguments:
- cmsg
- A pointer to ancillary data containing a routing header.
Library:
libsocket
Use the -l socket option to
qcc
to link against this library.
Description:
This function returns the number of segments (addresses)
contained in the routing header described by cmsg.
